Georgian Gold Crystal Enamel Ring Dated 1758
This 18k English ring is designed as a Rococo mourning ring. It has the classic enameled scrollwork with a beautiful central faceted crystal. The crystal, which is bright, has a silver rub over setting. The gold work is superior with the scrolling shank commemorating the loss of a loved one, Mary French ob 30, Jan. 1759 ae 84. Certainly, this is a ring of remembrance, as well as a celebration for a life long lived.

The ring measures a US 9 and cannot be sized. Condition is good to excellent, with wear to the enamel commensurate with age. It is completely original. Very lovely worn alone or with other Georgian rings. England, 1758
