| This lovely banded agate necklace is Victorian,circa 1860. It has perfectly matched agates graduating in size from 13mm-18mm. Finding split color combinations of brown,black and white makes this even more beautiful and rarer to find. Most if found in original condition, are black and white, fewer with color variation. I have had them professional restrung and added a substantial,strong gold spring ring clasp. The full necklace measures 16.5 inches. It is beautiful with,black,brown or white clothing and especially beautiful with summer linens. Tailored and strikingly modern and in appearance, but circa 1860-1880. Beautiful! | |||||||||
