| Rarely do I find a pin which I can call a work of art. This small French brooch is like a framed picture, designed with a perfectly cut double rose diamond surround, and a central plaque of guilloche blue enamel. The center is a flower and leaves all with beautiful rose diamonds. The reverse is beautifully finished with engraved flowers as if the artist wanted everything to be a signature of his efforts. It is 18k and silver topped, circa 1890. It measures 1 inch x 3/4 inches and the condition is excellent. This is a small treasure for the discriminating buyer. | ||||||||
