| These wonderful earrings are Georgian ,circa 1820. The are hand carved and have beautiful gold cannetille work (fine wires worked in patterns) and a rich patina. The top of the earring is a carved flower motif capped in a crimped gold setting which is typical of the time period. The torpedo shaped drop has a top mount with exquisite gold work and the bottom of the drop is cannetille as well. They measure 2 inches from the top of the wire. The condition is excellent. There is one tiny dot missing from the gold mount of the drop. They are all original, with no repairs. This is a privilege to offer for sale. | |||||||
