This 18k Georgian topaz necklace is circa 1800. It is designed with foil back golden topaz. These rare precious topaz were prized and reserved for jewels designed for the royals and aristocracy. These flat cut stones with perimeter facets, retain a glorious pale, golden color with hints of pink. The stones are set in hand crimped, rub over collets and alternate with unusual spiral links. Radiant and beautifully designed, these 15k Georgian citrine earrings are circa 1820. The classical three sections, all articulate, exhibiting the beautiful shimmer of the faceted citrines. This Georgian 18k gold, pink topaz ring is dated 1822. It is certainly one of the finest examples of gold work that I have had the privilege to offer. The gold is sculpturally chased, with ornate shoulders of leaves and swirls that are heavily textured. The shoulders are appointed with two small shell motifs adorning either side and completing the beautiful repousse work.
