Each time I come across something unique it thrills me. This pair of earrings are English, circa 1850, and are exquisitely rendered in gold and turquoise. This elegant antique Victorian banded agate necklace is circa 1880. It is designed with well matched and perfectly graduated banded agate beads. The beads are the desirable black, brown and white combination and are interspersed with 14k rondells. The necklace terminates with the original large beaded clasp. Strikingly beautiful, these faceted rock crystal earrings are French, circa 1900. They are designed in two sections, a top section of faceted rock crystals joining a finely faceted briolette cut bottom. The top of each drop has a faceted ruby set in a crimped open back collet and an engraved mount. The wires retain a French eagle's head for 18k gold. This heart pendant is Scottish, circa 1860. The bold smoky quartz heart is surmounted by a beautiful 15k crown. These antique French garnet earrings are circa 1890. They are Perpignon garnets from the region in France that they are made. Unlike Bohemian garnets so popular at this same period, these have a beautiful mellow color. The cut too, is distinctive as the facets are cut across the entire curving surface, not the typical raised rose cut.
