This gold agate bracelet is circa 1830. It is set with polished agates harmoniously blended and set in 9k gold hand crimped bezels. The agates measure approximately 5/8 across x 1/2 inch down. The bracelet measures 6 1/2 inches long and terminates in an integral concealed push clasp. There is evidence of an early reinforcement to one link seen under magnification, otherwise excellent condition. Tailored,elegant and lovely,circa 1830.

This Georgian Maltese cross is circa 1820. It is done in smoky quartz stones that has been flat cut and finely faceted at the edges. The stones have been set in hand crimped setting that are open in the back creating a beautiful play of color and light. Extremely fine pair of Georgian 15k gold earrings,circa 1820. They are cannettille,a process of using fine wires to create rosettes,spirals or intricate designs. These gold amethyst and natural pearl earrings are circa 1830. Formally, stud buttons, they were beautifully converted to earrings. The amethyst are a deep violet color and have a rich hue created by the foil placed below the stone. This process was done in jewelry that had stones closed in the back to the light.
