This silver brooch, circa 1910 is designed and executed by Adolf Mayer, a listed Jugendstil silversmith. It is quite spectacular both in size and craftsmanship. It is a classical Mayer piece with his signature mix of color and medium. In this brooch, he utilizes ivory and lapis lazuli. This antique moonstone ring is circa 1880. It is set with a finely carved moonstone head of a young woman. Moonstones, prized for their beautiful glow, are well represented in this ring. These earrings are from the Georgian period, circa 1800. They are garnets,cut en cabachon and hand set in crimped silver collets.
