This Scottish agate brooch is circa 1860. Most Victorian, Scottish brooches had celtic motifs used for the tartans, and fewer were designed as figurals. This leaf is cleverly designed with all perfectly matched moss agates. There are three agates,each perfectly cut,inlaid and matched for color. The result was simple, elegant and lovely. The condition is excellent, and it is all original including the steel pinstem. It measures 2 1/4 inches down x 1 3/4 inches across.

This Scottish,agate brooch is circa 1860. It is set with a glorious combination of agates including Montrose gray,moss,mustard and salmon colors. The design too is rare as it is not a celtic motif, but an artistic design. The moss agates are inlaid and the others cut encabachon. This elegant French bracelet is circa 1910. It is designed with a loveknot motif,natural pearls and European cut diamonds. The four diamonds are of good color and approximately 35 pts. each. The patina is rich and the condition excellent. There is a French touchmark on the tongue of the clasp, visible in the photo. The bracelet measures 7 1/4 inches x 3/8 wide. There is a secure push clasp and safety chain. The weight is substantial at 15.5 dwt. This is a classic, timeless design, circa 1910.

These gold and silver earrings are French, circa 1830. They are designed with clear, bright faceted pastes. The stones are set in silver, hand crimped settings. Above the large stone, is a smaller faceted paste also set in crimped mounts. Unfortunately, these tiny stones don't appear clearly in the photos.
