This is a charming antique picture frame. It is English, circa 1890 and features twisted brass loops. The "feet" are part of the pattern and the central bottom design has an etched motif of leaves. The frame is in excellent original condition. The glass has been replaced at one time. The frame is signed on the back of the brass support. It measures 9 inches long x 4 6/8 inches wide.
