The customer's satisfaction is of utmost concern to us. An item may be
returned for refund if it is not as described. To return an item, please
alert us by email within 24 hours of receipt of item.
Returns must be
placed in the mail within three business days of your receipt of the
item. Items must be returned via REGISTERED INSURED, Priority US mail. Items which
have been sized, engraved, damaged, broken, polished or altered in any
way cannot be returned. All shipping and charge card costs are not refundable.
LAYAWAY POLICY
We offer layaway as a courtesy to our customers. Normal length of time
for layaway is 8 weeks, but may be extended if mutually agreeable. We ask for a 30%
deposit on layaway, followed by regular payments. All layaway deposits are non-refundable.
All layaway sales are final.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is applicable in New York and New Jersey only.
FOREIGN PURCHASES
We are not responsible for customs duties or other charges levied by individual countries.
